For me the Wacky Racers is a cartoon series that I watched as a child which had a community of people driving around in strange cars and boats having so many amazing journeys together. This left me with beautiful memories of family, fun, excitement, community, wickedness, laughter, connection and thrill all wrapped up in one.
We are put on this planet to experience life, and we do this every day. We all experience different things, some positive and some negative……
My project directly relates to Foster Children as they have been taken from their natural parents, left with a sense of loss. The Project Wacky Racers will connect them to people in their community who are willing to create a fun filled experience in whatever vehicle they have, leaving them with a sense of love, excitement, thrill and adventure.
